In 2015, Acts 29 and Compassion International came together to plant churches that serve the least of these all around the world. This partnership facilitates and catalyzes the planting of churches in the neediest parts of the world by assessing and supporting local, indigenous pastors that are introduced to Acts 29 through Compassion’s extensive relationship network. Once assessed, these pastors go on to plant a church that has been funded by churches within the Acts 29 family of networks. What makes the partnership unique is that each of these newly planted churches also houses a child development center. Immediately upon launching, these Acts 29 churches are on mission in their community by serving tangible needs through the children of the community.
You church can be a part of planting churches in the neediest areas around the globe by contributing to one of the projects below. Once the church plant project is funded, your church will have the opportunity to sponsor children from the funded church plant project. This unique aspect to the partnership allows for the corporate church to plant churches and for the individual members of each church to stay engaged with the mission of God by supporting and caring for a child in the community.
