Series: Acts 29 Stories

Acts 29 Australia & New Zealand continues to grow with churches planting churches around our part of the world!

This month we spoke to Wayne & Virginia about their church planting journey and how God has been at work in their church, Significance Church.

Wayne writes,

“We have been a part of Significance for the last 8 years, after I took over the lead pastor role from another pastor who planted the church in 2005.

Our church gathers on Sundays at the University of South Australia Campus in the GP Building Mawson Lakes. Our focus as a reformed church in Adelaide is to remain faithful to the biblical mandate of making disciples and sharing the gospel. We believe those who are faithful to this command will desire to gather together in an endeavour to strengthen the church and grow into mature disciples living a Christ-like life in the midst of a morally indifferent world.

Virginia and I were drawn to the Acts 29 Network seeing the fellowship between like-minded believers who hold to particular distinctives that we personally resound with.

God has been faithful to us in a steady and consistent growth. Our people are faithful, committed, and a tremendous blessing to us. We continue to pray for more families to become part of our congregation, and more godly men who can serve our church as elders, and for salvation in the lives of our community in Adelaide.”

Join us in praying for Significance Church as they continue the work of God in Adelaide, South Australia.
