Q. When does registration open?
A. Registration will be open from 12pm on the first day of the conference. Please ensure you are registered before the first session begins at 1.30pm.
Q. When can I check into my room?
A. Check in is from 3pm. There will be a secure luggage room available for your use until check in opens.
Q. Are meals included in my conference ticket?
A. If you are staying at the hotel, breakfast will be included. Lunch on the middle day, as well as refreshments throughout the conference, will be provided for all attendees. Dinner is not included, although there are many restaurants close to the hotel for which set menus will be arranged.
Q. I am travelling by car. Where is the nearest car park?
A. The Manchester Arena car park is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Please present your parking ticket to a member of staff at the hotel reception to redeem a 20% discount on your parking.
Q. Can I bring my children with me?
A. Babes in arms are welcome but we are otherwise unable to accommodate children. If you are coming with a baby and require a cot in your room, please email us at email@example.com so that we can inform the hotel. Please note that we are not providing any daycare at the conference. It is your responsibility to take care of your own children at all times.
Q. I would like to come earlier before the conference starts and/or stay after the conference has finished. How do I book and pay for the extra nights?
A. You will need to contact the hotel directly to check availability and make your reservation.
Q. How can I help others to attend the conference?
A. At the end of your registration, you will be given the opportunity to contribute towards a bursary fund. All contributions will go towards providing conference tickets to those who would have otherwise been unable to attend. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
Q. I’ve booked for two people to share a double room but have only received one ticket, is that correct?
A. Yes, the booking system registers you together as one attendee under a single ticket. Your ticket will allow entry to the conference for both of you.
Q. My question has not been answered here. How can I contact you?

A full refund will be given for bookings cancelled before 25 January. Bookings cancelled between 26 January – 25 February will be given a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after 25 February cannot be refunded but the option will be given to donate your ticket to someone else. All cancellations will incur a £10 admin fee.
