2025 Lead Designer

Job Description

Effective Date: April 2025

Reports to: Director of Marketing & Communications

Workload: Part-Time, 30 hours per week

Location: Remote (preferred PT, MT, CT; will consider ET)

Employment Type: Staff | Salary, PT

General Description

Lead the production and implementation of design, both print and digital, for all aspects of Acts 29, specifically in the US with some global responsibilities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design print materials, including brochures, flyers, event promotion, and more
  • Design items for digital uses like web, email, social media, & video
  • Maintain updated and well-branded design on Acts29.com in collaboration with web developer
  • Provide design standards and feedback to videographers and outsourced designers as needed
  • Maintain (and update as needed) Acts 29’s brand guidelines
  • Work towards brand consistency and alignment across various communication channels, including Acts 29 networks globally, outsourced designers, etc.

Standard Requirements

  • Travel: Overnight travel required at times.
  • Policies: Must adhere to Acts 29’s Handbook, Statement of Faith, Information Security Policy, and any additional policies required of Acts 29 staff.
  • Equipment: Must return any Acts 29-purchased equipment upon termination.
  • Support: Must utilize Acts 29’s data, financial, and communication policies systems for Acts 29 operations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
