Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff
Decision Point is seeking a passionate, spiritually mature leader to help reach students across the Chicago area through evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and church partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and disciple student leaders
Equip students to share the gospel
Recruit and mobilize volunteers
Build partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders
Lead and grow ministry efforts throughout the Chicago area
Develop and support ministry leaders
Qualifications:
Passion for Jesus, evangelism, and reaching students
Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills
Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams
Ministry leadership experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation: $49,000–$65,000/year based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Travel: Significant travel throughout the Chicago area, with occasional regional and national travel
Support Raising: Staff participate in fundraising with training, coaching, and ongoing support.
