About Decision Point
Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online. We partner with churches to raise the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.
Position Overview
As Chicago Area Campus Ministry Staff, you’ll coach and mentor student leaders, build relationships with churches and community leaders, and help expand gospel outreach throughout the Chicago area. During the school year, you’ll spend 50–75% of your time in the field working with students, schools, and ministry partners.

Has a passion for sharing the gospel with students.
Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders.
Builds strong relationships with churches and community leaders.
Is organized, self-motivated, and a strong communicator.
Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a heart for ministry.
Qualifications
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Willingness to travel throughout the Chicago area and occasionally nationwide.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary & Support Raising
$40,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
All Decision Point staff raise prayer and financial support, with training and coaching provided.
