Los Angeles Campus Ministry Staff – Decision Point
Decision Point is seeking a passionate ministry leader to help reach students across the Los Angeles area with the gospel. This role combines evangelism, student coaching, church partnerships, volunteer engagement, and ministry leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, parents, educators, and community leaders
Recruit and coach volunteers and student leaders
Equip students to share the gospel and reach their schools
Disciple and develop student leaders
Build a coalition of churches and ministry partners
Lead ministry growth and outreach throughout the LA area
Encourage, coach, and develop ministry leaders and teams
Ideal Candidate:
Passionate and courageous about sharing the gospel
Strong leader, recruiter, and team builder
Effective communicator and natural networker
Able to mobilize and develop students, volunteers, and ministry partners
Spiritually mature, prayerful, and committed to God’s Word
Qualifications:
Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting
Experience recruiting and leading teams
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation & Details:
$50,000–$75,000/year, based on experience and qualifications
Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Significant local travel throughout the LA area
Regional and occasional national travel
Staff participate in support raising, with training and ongoing coaching provided
