Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry focused on reaching and equipping the next generation with the gospel. Through campus ministry, online coaching, and partnerships with churches and communities, we seek to give every student the opportunity to hear the gospel.

The Opportunity
The Donor and Data Specialist supports donor relations, database management, finance, and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ministry compliance surveys, donor tax statements, pledges, and updates.
Support Advancement Team meetings, reports, tasks, and donor records.
Maintain accurate contribution and database records.
Coordinate with Finance on donation batches, processing questions, donor requests, and returned tax receipts.
Assist with fundraising events, invitations, mailings, segmented communication lists, and giving-trend analysis.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Google Docs and spreadsheets; QuickBooks and Virtuous experience is a plus.
Strong integrity, teamwork, maturity, and a heart for the gospel and evangelism.
Compensation & Support Raising
This is a part-time role with potential to become full-time as the role grows. Staff receive fair compensation and are trained and supported in raising ministry support from churches and other partners.

Additional Details: Occasional travel may be required for mission trips, events, training, and organizational gatherings.
