Orange County Campus Ministry Staff

Decision Point is seeking a passionate, spiritually mature leader to reach students through evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and church partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and disciple student leaders
Equip students to share the gospel
Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, and community leaders
Recruit and mobilize volunteers
Develop and lead ministry efforts throughout Orange County
Support and mentor students and ministry leaders
Qualifications:
Passion for Jesus, evangelism, and reaching students
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ministry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Comfortable with frequent local and occasional national travel
Compensation: $48,000–$64,000/year based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-time, 45+ hours/week
Support Raising: Staff participate in fundraising with training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching.
