About Decision Point
Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to reaching the next generation with the gospel by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share Christ on their school campuses and online. As the ministry expands across the U.S., we are seeking passionate leaders to help impact more students for Christ.

Position Summary
Campus Ministry Staff coach and disciple student leaders, build relationships with local churches and community leaders, and help establish thriving campus ministries throughout Orange County. During the school year, you’ll spend much of your time in the field mentoring students, visiting schools, and expanding ministry partnerships.

Qualifications
Passion for evangelism and reaching students with the gospel.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Willing to travel throughout the L.A./Orange County area.
Spiritually mature, organized, and a collaborative team player.

Compensation
Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience.
Full-time (45+ hours/week).
Staff members raise financial and prayer support with training and ongoing coaching provided.
