Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation. Through local campus ministry, online initiatives, and partnerships with churches and student leaders, we equip students to become courageous witnesses for Christ.

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator to support the packing and shipping of merchandise, student boxes, outreach kits, and ministry resources.
This hands-on role helps ensure resources reach students, churches, and ministry partners efficiently. During slower periods, the Coordinator will also assist with Operations projects and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
•Pick, pack, and ship merchandise, student boxes, and outreach kits
•Process orders, print shipping labels, and prepare packages for UPS, USPS, and FedEx
•Receive and organize incoming shipments
•Maintain inventory and fulfillment supplies
•Assist with inventory counts and update records in Google Sheets
•Keep the fulfillment area organized
•Support larger fulfillment projects, events, and •Operations tasks as needed
Qualifications
•Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
•Able to work independently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
•Comfortable using computers, Google Sheets, and web-based fulfillment tools
•Experience with Square, Stamps.com, or similar systems is a plus
•Available up to 20 hours per week, with at least 3 days in the Whittier office
•Reliable transportation for local package drop-offs
•Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
•Willing to work additional hours during busy seasons
•Able to commit through May 2027
•Schedule & Commitment
•Up to 20 hours/week | In-office at least 3 days/week
September 2026 – May 2027, with potential for a long-term role
