Description: The Mosaic Kids Elementary Minister will lead the elementary ministry (Kinder-5th Grade), including Sunday morning programming, resources, events, programs, calendar, department, etc. of Mosaic Kids Elementary and collaborate with the Family Ministry Team, including the Student Minister and Preschool Minister.

Qualifications:
- 1 Timothy 3:8-13
- A history of leadership and service within the church
- 2-3 years with direct supervision and engagement of children
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Self starter and highly self motivated
- Excellent time management
- Able to teach elementary aged children biblically and in an engaging manner
- Able to lead volunteers effectively and engage with families in a meaningful way
- Able to develop and edit curriculum for elementary aged children
