The Summit Church is a gospel-centered church in the St. Louis metro area seeking a Lead Pastor to shepherd our congregation and carry our mission forward in St. Charles County.
We were planted with Acts 29 roots, and we’re looking for a leader who shares that DNA — someone who loves preaching the Word, makes and multiplies disciples, and builds up leaders around them rather than doing ministry alone. You’ll work closely with a collaborative Elder Team in a church that’s serious about the Great Commission and invested in the local community.

- Preach expositionally and love helping people understand and live the gospel
- Have a heart for mission and reaching people far from God
- Are gifted at developing leaders and building healthy teams
- Meet the biblical qualifications for an elder
- Align with Acts 29 theology and values
The Summit was planted by John Ryan and is currently led by interim pastor Tim Gray. We’re excited about where God is taking us next.
