The Village Church Residency Program is a one-year program that exists to discover, develop, and deploy the next generation of spiritual leaders. It is a developmental experience that is meant to offer significant hands-on ministry experience and mentorship by church leaders.
The Village Church Residency program will run from August 5, 2026 through July 31, 2027. Each resident will individually support-raise for their one-year salary (and benefits, if needed). Our partnering organization, Reliant, will provide each resident with in-depth training and coaching for support raising.
Each of our departments listed has availability for a resident. During the application process, candidates will be asked which departments they feel called to work under.
