Kids Ministry Director

The Kids Director’s role is to participate in our mission to “Be disciples of Jesus who multiply disciples together” by leading our Kids Ministry and leading parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their kids. The Kids Ministry Director must have a vision to see children of all ages mature as disciples of Jesus, fostered in an intergenerational community within the church. The Kids Ministry Director is a servant-leader who multiples ministry by equipping teams of volunteers to serve, teach, invest in the youngest generation of the church and resources parents to raise their kid(s) to love Jesus and love people. This individual will have strong written and verbal communication skills; administrative, strategic and organizational skills; and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
