The Senior Pastor will oversee all aspects of the ministry at Calvary Church, including leading a motivated staff team, alongside a solid, committed group of elders.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 30-55 years old
- MDIV or Masters equivalent preferred
- Experience in church leadership and pastoral roles.
- Skilled in teaching with expositional preaching highly valued.
- Engaging and relational.
- Strong team leadership skills are necessary, as the church has a collaborative leadership structure.
- Can connect with people and share God’s love, both through preaching and personal relationships.
- A pastor who is relational and able to engage the congregation across all generations
- Connects with believers and non-believers
- A desire to lead the church with longevity and vision
