Lifesong Church is a non-denominational church located in Sutton, Massachusetts, serving the Metro Worcester area. The church’s vision is to help people Know God, Live in Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Deliver Hope, while pursuing its goal of reaching 2% of the Metro Worcester population with the gospel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

– Work directly with Executive Leadership to shape the vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries.
– Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation process to help individuals connect with the church community and become part of the Dream Team.
– Lead the development, execution, engagement, and expansion of Small Groups for community, care, and spiritual formation.
– Oversee the Care ministries in collaboration with the Care Pastor.
– Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director.
– Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure proper stewardship.
– Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Proven experience building and leading teams.
– 3–5 years of experience in a Pastor or Director role.
– Ability to think strategically and creatively.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Strong project management skills.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.
