Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel to the next generation by equipping and mobilizing students to share Christ on their school campuses and online. Our vision is to expand campus ministry across the U.S. and ensure every student has the opportunity to hear the Gospel.

Position Summary
As a Campus Ministry Field Staff, you will help build Gospel-centered movements in middle and high schools by evangelizing, discipling students, developing leaders, recruiting volunteers, and partnering with local churches.

Qualifications
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and student ministry
Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation
Full-time, salaried position
$40,000–$75,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications
Staff members raise prayer and financial support with comprehensive training and coaching provided.
