Workload: Part-time, 25-30 hours weekly

Location: Must be authorized to work in the US – Remote

Employment Type: Staff | Hourly, PT

General Description

Cohorts are a key part of Acts 29 in providing networking opportunities, facilitating leadership growth, and encouraging collaboration toward planting churches worldwide.  The Cohort Coordinator organizes, administrates, implements and executes the Acts 29 vision, strategy and plan for Cohorts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly learn and become an expert in the Acts 29 Cohort Philosophy and System.
  • Organize, administrate, and implement the vision of Cohorts.
  • Organize and administer the Acts 29 Cohort System.
  • Maintain comprehensive written documents related to the Acts 29 Cohort system.
  • Maintain Updated Cohort Training and Participant Manuals.
  • Support Cohort Leaders so that each has everything they need to lead a Cohort effectively.
  • Implement an accurate and continuously updated tracking system for Cohort Participation.
  • Work with senior Acts 29 leadership to Organize North American Lead Pastors and other Key Lead Church Staff into Cohorts.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Directors to coordinate Cohort participant placement.
  • Facilitate and Ensure ongoing cohort leader training a minimum of four times annually.
  • Facilitate and Ensure Cohort Leader Basic Training.
  • Support and maintain clear communication with Cohort leaders.
  • Maintain the system for basic training and ongoing training for Cohort Leaders.
  • Manage the Cohort Budget and expenses as requested.
  • Plan and coordinate events as requested.
  • Regularly communicate with senior leadership to ensure current and updated communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality in dealing daily with conversations and sensitive information.

Standard Requirements

  • Travel: Overnight travel required at times.
  • Policies: Must adhere to Acts 29’s Handbook, Statement of Faith, Information Security Policy, and any additional policies required of Acts 29 staff.
  • Equipment: Must return any Acts 29-purchased equipment upon termination.
  • Support: Must utilize Acts 29’s data, financial, and communication policies systems for Acts 29 operations.
