Pastoral Resident: Director of College & Young Adults

The Director of College & Young Adults position is a 24-month pastoral residency is designed to train and form a future pastor to make disciples while advancing the church’s mission among college students and young adults. This role combines hands-on ministry leadership with intentional pastoral formation, theological training, coaching, mentoring, and team-based leadership development. This residency is intentionally designed not only to develop ministry competence, but to shape disciple-making instincts, church-centered leadership, collaborative ministry habits, and readiness for future pastoral ministry in a variety of ministry contexts.
