Position Overview:
The Worship Leader provides vision, leadership and direction for our worship and tech teams to create an atmosphere for people to worship and praise God. They are responsible for overseeing music, tech, and service planning as well as recruiting and developing leaders and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Sunday Worship
Lead and Coordinate Worship Services
Select and Arrange Worship Songs
Lead Musical Rehearsals
Coordinate with Tech Teams
Leadership and Volunteer Development
Support and Mentor Worship Team Members
Engage in Ongoing Spiritual Growth
Continuously Develop Musical Skills and Knowledge
Church Engagement
Be an active participant in House Church and First Wednesday Activities
Be involved in the life of the church as a member and not solely based on job responsibilities
Lead your family to be active members within Church Project
