At First City Church, we desire to develop servants to be leaders within the church and the community. Through our internship, we provide opportunities for development while serving the church through practical, hands-on tasks. Development opportunities may include:
- Attending staff development meetings
- Assigned readings & discussions
- Participating in a Gospel Community
- Leading projects or ministry initiatives
While interns may be assigned a specific area of interest (Kids or Student Ministry, Worship, Production, Communication, Events, and more), interns will spend much of their time supporting various staff members in practical tasks as needed.
This is a part-time paid position lasting nine months to one year. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
