We are looking for an Executive Pastor–a man who has a pastor’s heart, life, and mindset, yet who also has administration as one of their primary spiritual gifts. We have a staff of 40+ who look to the XP as a shepherd-leader, yet we also want the XP to be seen as one of the pastors of the church as a whole. He will lead the staff alongside the Lead Teaching Pastor, complementing his gifts to ensure holistic care and leadership.
