Director of Youth Ministry

The Youth Director at RCC provides leadership and vision implementation for a safe, engaging, Gospel-centered Student Ministry. This position is the primary leader and oversees volunteers for the Middle School and High School Youth Group. The Youth Director reports directly to the Lead Pastor and works closely with the Executive Director of Ministry and the Operations Director. This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week on a flexible schedule.
