Family & Student Minister

Reston Community Church is seeking a passionate and vision-oriented individual to develop and oversee the growing ministry to children, students, and their families at RCC and the surrounding community. This role will focus primarily on direct ministry to middle and high school aged students and their families, while also providing leadership and oversight for the Children’s Ministry at RCC. The Family & Student Minister will champion a vision for equipping parents as the primary disciple-makers in their homes, fostering a culture of biblical discipleship within families across the church community.
