**Director of Operations – Riverside Community Church (Columbia, SC)**
Riverside Community Church is seeking a full-time Director of Operations to oversee and execute the church’s day-to-day administrative functions in support of its gospel-centered mission. This role works closely with the Lead Pastor and Executive Team to ensure effectiveness across financial systems, HR processes, communications, staff coordination, and facilities management .
The Director of Operations will manage financial workflows, oversee weekly giving and online platforms, support budgeting processes, and liaise with bookkeeping providers . Additional responsibilities include leading church-wide communications, maintaining internal systems, coordinating staff operations, supporting onboarding and payroll processes, and overseeing office and facility logistics .
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative leadership, preferably within a church or nonprofit context. This is a full-time, exempt position primarily based on-site in Columbia, SC .
