Position Summary
The Full-Time Associate Student Girl’s Minister will be responsible for developing and implementing the student ministry program alongside and under the direction of the Student Minister. They will oversee the discipleship of our middle school and high school female students; in particular, implementing a vision for discipleship of our students in coordination with the Student Minister and under the guidance of the Next Gen and Family Pastor.

Essential Experience, Skills and Attributes
- Previous experience in student ministry, with affirmed gifting to shepherd students with/through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Highly Relational.
- Seminary Graduate or in pursuit of degree
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proven character/high integrity.
- Joy-filled personality.
- Self-starter and motivated.
- A desire to model, encourage, and equip God’s people to live in Biblical community.
Some Specific Position Responsibilities
- Cultivate a culture of care in and among the Student Ministry team, students, volunteers and parents.
- Plan, organize and execute on key tasks related to student’s ministry such as:
Creation of an environment where leaders feel valued, cared for and equipped.
Coordination of ministry events that engage our students and deepen community.
Establishment and oversight of procedures - Invest in students and families outside of Wednesday and Sunday programming.
Attending games and performances
Visiting families homes, having meals and meet ups with students
Visit local school lunches 2-3 times per week
Disciple and mentor girls in small group settings - Assist to Teach and oversee Sunday programming
11:00am – MS Bible Study
5:00pm – HS Bible Study - Develop and grow discipleship strategies with students alongside and under the guidance of the Lead Student Minister
- Oversee administration processes such as communication with parents, volunteers, and students.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement student ministry events:
Weekly Onsite events such as Wednesday Night Canvas
Camps, Mission trips, Service projects, etc. - Serve as a key member of The WELL staff – i.e., participate in meetings, greet and welcome families and new visitors each week, etc.
