Emerging Regions
The Emerging Regions Network is launching and developing networks of church planting churches in places where there aren’t established networks.
These efforts are fueled by churches with a global vision of the gospel that drives them beyond the borders of their own cities and countries. Whether it is through financial investment, providing training and coaching, or mobilizing their people, the churches in our Acts 29 family are critical for launching and developing these new networks.
We know that the gospel compels us beyond our own borders, but determining how and with whom to partner can be complicated and costly. Our team can provide easy on-ramps into international engagement that lead to sustainable partnerships. Let’s work together to see churches planted and networks launched all over the world.

Kevin Peck
Network Director | Emerging Regions
Kevin is the lead pastor at the Austin Stone Community Church and the Acts 29 Emerging Regions Network Director. He received a M.Div from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a D.Min in Leadership at Southern Seminary. He is the joyful husband of Leslie and father to Ellie, Halle, and Ivey.
Zachary Conley
Operations Director | Emerging Regions
Zach and his family live in Austin, Texas where he serves on staff at The Austin Stone Community Church in various capacities. He and his wife Cathy are proud parents to their first child Theodore and are excited to be apart of the global Acts 29 family.
Travis Whitehead
Network Administrator | Emerging Regions
Travis Whitehead serves as the Network Administrator for the Emerging Regions Network of Acts 29. He is married to Janelle and they live in Austin, TX, where Travis develops church planters and facilitates the church planting efforts at the Austin Stone Community Church.
