About the Role: Community Gospel Church (EFCA) in Bremen, Indiana is seeking a full-time Pastor of Discipleship & Groups.
Theological Fit: Affirms the EFCA Statement of Faith; reformed/covenantal theology (not dispensational).
What You’ll Do: Recruit, train, and shepherd small group leaders; oversee Men’s Ministry; build a guest-to-attender-to-disciple-to-leader pathway; develop a leadership-development pipeline.
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 total annual package.
