Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit focused on equipping, sending, and reaching students for Christ on school campuses and online.

About the Role
We are seeking a Bay Area Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, reach students with the gospel, and build relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders.

During the ministry year (September–May), staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field, coaching students, visiting schools, and developing ministry partnerships.

Build strong partnerships with pastors, teachers, parents, and community leaders.
Are an excellent communicator with leadership and coaching experience.
Are visionary, organized, and detail-oriented.
Are a mature evangelical believer committed to Scripture and evangelism.
Are prepared to work full-time, 45+ hours per week.

Qualifications
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Bay Area and occasionally nationally.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, integrity, and spiritual maturity.

Compensation & Fundraising
Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

All Decision Point staff participate in raising financial and prayer support. Training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching are provided.

Hours: Full-time, 45+ hours/week
Reports to: Bay Area Director
