Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit focused on equipping, sending, and reaching students for Christ on school campuses and online.

About the Role
We are seeking an Ohio Campus Ministry Staff member to coach student leaders, share the gospel, and build relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders.

Staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field during the ministry year (September–May), coaching students, visiting schools, and developing ministry partnerships.

Ideal Candidate
Passionate about reaching students with the gospel.
Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and motivated to grow ministry impact.
Strong communicator with leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Visionary, organized, and detail-oriented.
Mature evangelical believer committed to Scripture and evangelism.
Team-oriented and prepared to work 45+ hours per week.

Qualifications
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and occasionally nationally.
Strong communication, organization, integrity, teamwork, and spiritual maturity.

Compensation & Fundraising
Salary: $40,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

All Decision Point staff participate in raising financial and prayer support. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Reports to: Area Director
Hours: Full-time, 45+ hours/week
