Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation by equipping, sending, and reaching students on school campuses and online. The ministry partners with churches and mobilizes students for campus outreach across the country.
Position Summary
Decision Point is seeking a DFW Campus Ministry Field Staff member to coach and equip students who want to reach their peers for Christ. You will build relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders while helping expand campus ministry throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
During the ministry year (September–May), staff spend approximately 50–75% of their time in the field, coaching students, visiting schools, and connecting with ministry and community leaders.

You are:
Passionate about reaching students who don’t know Christ.
Driven, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.
A strong verbal and written communicator.
Experienced in leadership, coaching, or ministry.
Visionary, organized, and detail-oriented.
Skilled at building partnerships with churches and community leaders.
Spiritually mature, teachable, and committed to biblical truth.
A team player with a heart for evangelism.
Willing to work 45+ hours per week and travel regularly in the Dallas area, with occasional national travel.
Qualifications
Church or parachurch ministry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High moral integrity, emotional maturity, social awareness, and spiritual maturity.
Must be an evangelical Christian who loves the gospel and evangelism.
Salary & Fundraising
$45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Because Decision Point is a nonprofit ministry, all staff participate in raising financial and prayer support. Training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching are provided.
