Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry focused on reaching and equipping the next generation to hear and share the gospel. Through campus ministry, online coaching, and partnerships with churches and communities, we seek to give every student the opportunity to hear about Jesus.

The Opportunity
The Donor and Data Specialist supports donor relations, database management, finance, and development operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to donor questions via email and phone
Manage donor caseloads, thank-you communications, pledges, and giving support
Resolve failed transactions and assist with tax statements
Maintain accurate donor records and communication preferences
Merge duplicate accounts and correct contribution records
Coordinate with Finance on donation processing and weekly batch verification
Support fundraising events, mailings, invitations, and segmented donor lists
Assist with donor data analysis, reports, and giving trends
Support Advancement and Development team projects

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to learn quickly, multitask, and meet deadlines
Comfortable with Google Docs and spreadsheets
QuickBooks and Virtuous experience is a plus
Strong integrity, maturity, teamwork, and a heart for ministry
Evangelical Christian who is passionate about the gospel and evangelism

Compensation & Support Raising
This is a part-time role with potential to become full-time as the role grows. Decision Point provides fair compensation, along with training and support for staff fundraising efforts.

Occasional travel may be required for mission trips, ministry events, training, and organizational gatherings.
