Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online. We partner with local churches to raise up the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.
Position Overview
As a Campus Ministry Staff member, you will coach students in evangelism, build relationships with local churches and community leaders, and help expand ministry throughout the Los Angeles area. During the school year, you’ll spend much of your time in the field mentoring students and supporting campus outreach.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has a passion for sharing the gospel with students.
Loves building relationships and partnering with churches.
Is a strong communicator, leader, and coach.
Is organized, self-motivated, and mission-driven.
Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a heart for evangelism.
Qualifications
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Willing to travel throughout the Los Angeles area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually (based on experience).
Full-time (45+ hours/week).
This position includes raising personal prayer and financial support with training and coaching provided by Decision Point.
