About Decision Point
Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to reaching the next generation with the gospel. We equip, send, and reach students on school campuses and online while partnering with churches to mobilize students for outreach.

Decision Point currently serves 17 areas and aims to expand to 25 by 2027, with a vision to impact 1,000 campuses and reach 2.5+ million students through campus and online ministry.

About the Role
Campus Ministry Staff help develop courageous student leaders who live, witness, and serve for Christ. You will:

Coach and equip students to reach their peers for Christ.
Build relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders.
Establish and grow local campus ministry.
Spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the ministry year (September–May).
Travel regularly throughout North Carolina and occasionally nationally.

Ideal Candidate
You are a strong fit if you:

Have a passion for reaching students who do not know Christ.
Believe in the transforming power of the gospel.
Are entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Are an excellent communicator, leader, and relationship builder.
Have coaching or leadership experience.
Are visionary, organized, and detail-oriented.
Work well with pastors, teachers, parents, and ministry partners.
Are spiritually mature, teachable, and committed to biblical truth.
Are ready for a full-time commitment of 45+ hours per week.

Qualifications
Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization, integrity, maturity, and teamwork.
Must be an evangelical follower of Jesus who loves the gospel and evangelism.

Compensation & Fundraising
Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Decision Point staff participate in fundraising for financial and prayer support. New staff receive training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching to build a team of ministry partners.
