The Associate Pastor of Discipleship at Redeemer Fellowship will focus on ensuring all members of RFK are growing in their understanding of the Gospel and God’s Word through engagement in meaningful community, one-on-one relationships (mentor/mentee), and active participation in the ministries of the church. The Associate Pastor will also maintain an overall view of all that RFK provides for the health and maturity of its members. This role is a strategic blend of pastoring and administration — ideal for someone who is gifted in teaching, relational shepherding, and designing structures.
Those applicants from outside Kuwait will need to assume they are expected to come with their own financial support secured. Likewise, visa considerations will be discussed with applicants who are considered strong candidates for the position.
