Ephesians 2 reminds us that we are God’s masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works that He prepared in advance for us to do. You have a unique calling, and we want to help you step into it with confidence. That’s why we’ve designed a special track at our conference—one that will equip you to respond to God’s call and celebrate those He has sent and is still sending. Don’t miss this opportunity to be inspired, equipped, and encouraged in your mission.

FAQ
Who should attend the Acts 29 Sent and Sending Conference?
If you want to grow as a supporter of Kingdom causes, and to be inspired about gospel growth around the world, then the Sent and Sending Conference is for you. While we are welcoming longtime Acts 29 donors, we also welcome those of you from our Acts 29 churches who simply hope to grow as kingdom cause supporters (whatever cause that might be).
How does this event connect to the larger Acts 29 Conference?
The Acts 29 conference is designed to encourage and equip church leaders and planters to join with and be supported by Acts 29 so that we can plant more churches and make more disciples worldwide. We have designed this complementary conference track just for donors, to engage you with the gospel-centered mission of Acts 29, but also to equip you to respond to the unique calling your Creator has given to you.
What workshops will be offered during the conference?
The Sent and Sending conference has two tracks that are separate from the Acts 29 conference, and are specifically designed for people with a call from God to support kingdom work. Those tracks are described above. However, you will be welcome to attend other workshops at the conference, designed with church leaders and planters in mind, including sessions on Monday, October 27, (6:30-8:30 pm) or on Wednesday, October 29 (9:00 am – noon). We will announce all workshop sessions closer to the event.
Do I need to be a part of an Acts 29 church to attend the conference?
While we are focusing on those who attend or are members of Acts 29 churches, others are also welcome to join us as we learn more about being sent, and sending out those who are called.
Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
Since there is no cost to attend, we simply ask that you communicate a change in plans to development@acts29.com.
What airport should I fly into?
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is about eight miles from the Irving Convention Center. Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is about 10 miles from the Irving Convention Center.
Should I rent a car during the conference?
We recommend using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, but you can rent a car. Many restaurants are within walking distance from the convention center.
Where should I park during the conference?
The Irving Convention Center has two parking garages. We recommend parking in the North Garage, which is closest to the convention center. The South Garage is next to the Westin, just across the street. The current parking rate is $15 per car per day, with NO in-and-out (if a car leaves and returns on the same day, payment is due every time you enter the garage). There are additional independent parking structures within walking distance due South of the convention center at the Toyota Music Factory and at the Urban Towers.
Are children allowed?
No childcare is provided. A nursing room will be provided if you are traveling with a nursing infant.
