Why is leadership development important for church planters and pastors? Developing leaders is an extension of discipleship, and it’s an important part of the growth process for all ministry practitioners. This is especially important for the church. As Rob Berreth said, “If the church isn’t developing leaders, we’re not going to develop disciples.”

Rob Berreth planted Redeemer Church in Bellingham, WA in 2007. He has served as a pastor in churches ranging from a few dozen to 3,500.
